道岔的工作原理

道岔使列车由一组轨道转到另一组轨道上去的装置。 每一组道岔由转辙器、岔心、两根护轨和岔枕组成,由长柄以杠杆原理拨动两根活动轨道,使车辆轮缘依开通方向驶入预定进路。

复式道岔

复式交分道岔像X形,实际上相当于四组单开道岔和一副菱形交叉的组合。将复式交分道岔的X形的上面两点和下面两点分别连接起来,就是交叉渡线。它不仅能开通较多的方向,而且占地不多,所以经常在车站采用。
还有一种交叉设备,通常使用的叫做菱形交叉。它由两组锐角辙叉和两组钝角辙叉组成,但没有转辙器,所以股道之间不能转线。

复式道岔

道岔的护轨固定型辙叉的重要组成部分,设于固定辙叉的两侧。是控制车轮运行方向,防止其在辙叉有害空间冲击或爬上辙叉心轨尖端,保证行车安全的重要设备。在可动心轨辙叉中,一般仅在侧股设护轨,用以防止心轨的侧面磨耗。
